WineBev Services, Gone for Good, and OADS develop paid work opportunities in the community and provide job training in the recycling, packaging, and hospitality management industries. Our employees with developmental disabilities work throughout Solano meeting the workforce needs of businesses, municipalities, and government agencies.

Supported Employment Services have expanded to Sonoma, Napa, and Solano developing individual job placements at local businesses employing adults with developmental disabilities. Those employees, working in competitive integrated employment, are earning income and learning new job skills that provide a variety of rewarding and exciting career opportunities.
