Hello Friends and Cypress Families,

These are challenging times, but all of us are collaborating, cooperating, creating, caring, sharing, and being COURAGEOUS as best we can! Our target date for resuming classes and the Afterschool Program at Cypress is April 8, 2020. However, this seems unlikely given the fall school closure recommendation issued by Governor Newsom.

Cypress School is working on finding team solutions for our distance learning. Nate and I will lead an all family ZOOM meeting this Monday, March 23 at 2:30 p.m. and hope to continue these weekly. Please log onto the internet and sign up for free for ZOOM. Your family may be able to help, but you can always call your teacher for instructions.

Each teacher has organized or is organizing distance learning options to meet your child’s needs. If you are having any difficulty accessing this material, feel free to contact your teacher, therapists, Nate Yates, Assistant Director, at 415-867-2881 or me at 415-720-9328.

Most of our therapists are available to send emails, Facetime, or Zoom. We are meeting with them to address their ability to offer individual and/or group services. Most of our therapists have children, so they are scrambling to figure out how to support their students and families.

We will be doing a ZOOM Music class with Dominic Bianco, please join in 🙂 Domenic will be doing music Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. You may join the Zoom Meeting at:
