Our annual thank you reception, Grapes & Gratitude will be at our new venue, Cornerstone Sonoma on Thursday, November 16, 2017. Come celebrate with us and connect with our community to reaffirm our mission to help improve the lives of children and adults with disabilities. UCP of the North Bay is making a real difference in the lives of people with disabilities, their families, caregivers, and the community.
UCP of the North Bay was thrilled to hold the second annual Gratitude Awards ceremony presenting the Employer of the Year recognizing business partners whose exceptional activities, achievements and dedication exemplify our mission to educate, advocate and provide support services to ensure a Life Without Limits for people with disabilities. These businesses support our four main programs and span Sonoma, Napa, and Solano counties. Each workplace has made an outstanding contribution to employing people with disabilities. These four business partners set an impressive standard offering dignified employment to people with disabilities and helping to make a significant shift in our cultural views. We congratulate our wonderful partners.
Margaret Farman, UCP of the North Bay CEO, presented the following awards:
The purpose of the “Volunteer of the Year” Award is to recognize and honor an individual member who has advanced UCP of the North Bay through his/her volunteer time and efforts and has been a support to the organization’s staff.
